The less fortunate need your help

Located in the housing estate of Taman Megah, the Taman Megah Handicapped and Disabled Children’s Home is where the unfortunate children receive their love and care.

Once you reach the place, you’ll be greeted by the welcoming children. Stepping into the house and watching the children makes you think of how lucky you are as a person. We were born without apparent imperfections, we are able to grow up without any physical difficulties, we get proper education, and most of all, we have our parents.

Most of the children were abandoned or sent to this home by their own parents. Some even told the guardians to discard their bodies when they passed away.

The children seemed very active, running around playing with each other with smiles and laughter. Their innocence is an inspiring contrast to their much darker predicament.

We saw this little guy playing with himself, as if there were two other kids beside him.

The people there are really friendly.

Yes, there were smiles and laughter from the children. However, some of them could only hope that a miracle would happen.

Our team felt helpless when we saw them - we really couldn’t help them much.
The only way we could actually provide aid is to support their living, hoping that they will be happily independent when they grow up.

There's always hope.

We urge everyone who reads this, please help these children in any way we can, because they really do need our help.

Taylor’s University College Petaling Jaya School of Communication foundation students are organising a campaign called I Heart Me. All of our earnings will be donated to this home. We truly hope that the society can give a helping hand to ensure its success.

Please support this campaign by contributing to them.

Thank you, and may God bless these children.
